The service

DomainRiff lets you list a domain you own for free. After you prove ownership (HTML file or DNS TXT record), AI generates three reuse ideas and a riff score, and your listing goes live on a public page. Visitors can contribute £1 to £500 per contribution, with no per-person cap. Contributions are support pledges, not purchases: the money is split 85/15 between the domain owner and the platform, and the owner's share is paid out through Stripe Connect after completing Stripe's identity verification (KYC).

Listings and verification

Listings are free to create. You can have up to 3 active listings at once.
If you do not complete ownership verification within 7 days, the listing is cancelled automatically.
Refunds at the site owner's discretion after verification; fraud and abuse are handled case by case.

Ownership verification

You must own or control the domain you list. Listing a domain you do not control is a breach of these terms.
Verification proves control of the domain's web server or DNS at the time of the check. It does not transfer or grant any ownership rights.
No illegal, infringing or harmful content. Listings may be removed or archived by the site owner at any time.

Contributions and payouts

Contributions are £1 to £500 each. The platform keeps 15% of the gross; the domain owner receives 85%, minus Stripe's processing fee, via Stripe Connect.
Owners must complete Stripe's identity verification (KYC) before payouts are released. Payouts run automatically to the owner's bank once verified.
Contributions are final. Refunds are at the platform's discretion within 14 days; listings removed for fraud or abuse are refunded in full.
The site owner may cancel contributions suspected of fraud or abuse.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. AI output is generated and may be wrong, weird or useless. The site owner is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service.
